1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rêve Collections website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Rêve Collections for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Transfer the materials to another person
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate. Product descriptions are based on information provided by our suppliers.

4. Payment Terms & Ownership

We offer multiple payment options: Outright Purchase, Installmental Payment, and Buy Now Pay Later. All installment-based plans (Installmental & BNPL) must be completed within a maximum timeframe of six (6) months from the date of initiation.

For Buy Now Pay Later orders, delivery triggers automatically at 50% payment. However, legal ownership of any product remains exclusively with Rêve Collections until the final balance is paid in full.

5. Cancellations, Defaults & Refunds

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your payment plan before the delivery milestone is reached, a refund will be issued. Anadministrative penalty fee of 10% of the total order value (excluding shipping fee)will be deducted from the accumulated payments before the balance is returned. The shipping fee is fully exempt and will be returned to you in full.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds require between15 to 20 business days for processing.

Automatic Default: If the 6-month deadline passes without completion of payment or achievement of the delivery milestone, the order will be automatically cancelled. Rêve Collections will deduct the 10% penalty fee and refund the remaining balance.

5. Order Placement

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rêve Collections shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law.
